Sallu had hired one masterji to teach Bruna babe some Bollywood moves and another to teach her some Hindi. She had been assured and reassured that she would be his heroine in his next big period epic.
He had even put her up at his farmhouse where she trained from dawn to dusk, day in and day out.
And then, after over a month, Sallu just dropped her.. telling her she didn’t suit the role.
Heart-broken, Bruna hasn’t stopped sobbing even after Sallu’s consolation goodbye.. that he’d TRY to wangle something for her in one of his home-productions.
According to the friend, Bruna no longer has her hopes pinned on Sallu’s word.. Once broken, twice shy, eh?
