The Scream actor has found a Los Angeles jeweller, whose designs his wife loves, and confesses when he’s out of gift ideas — gems and gold always wow Cox.

“I usually give my wife jewellery. Not Cartier. It’s from the Rose Arch in LA, a cool small designer kind of place where you don’t spend as much on the packaging as you do on the gift. Beautiful artistic stuff”, Arquette said.
