Chris Rock has blamed his now estranged wife Malaak of keeping their children away from him, as a punishment for divorcing her.
In the divorce papers that were filed last week, the 49-year-old actor claims that Malaak had been preventing him from seeing their daughters Lola,12, and Zahra, 10, on a regular basis, and has hence requested for shared legal and physical custody, TMZ.com reported.
Though the pair has signed a prenup when they married in 1996, it's expired since they've been together for over 18 years.
Rock had said that they identified all the community property to be split up once they divorce, and had also hinted at reducing spousal support payments, by pointing that his wife has 'ability to work and contribute to her own support'.
