Melangeunveiled the Spring Summer collections of many talented designers at their Altamount Road store. The collections included designers like Sabina Singh, Rajesh Pratap Singh, Ranji Kelekar, Myoho by Kiran Meghna, Anisha Jhunjhunwala, Anyaani, Lajoo, Yuvraj Malhotra, Tarpana Shah and Accessories by Breathing Space.
Studio Melange, the inhouse design team, also presented their new summer line. A lavish spread of Mediterranean specialities, chocolate tarts, mango smoothies and iced tea were laid out and guests took the preview into the garden outside.

Fallen flat
The music launch of Admission Open was a rather damp squib. Not only was it lacklustre, but no recognisable member of the film fraternity showed up, not even the male lead, Ankush Khanna. The only prominent actor in the movie, Anupam Kher failed to turn up as well.

The first edition of Kashish, the queer film festival kicked off with a pre-bash at Vie Lounge. Celina Jaitly was there to support the directors and the gay community. A young lad put his hands across her as he posed for pics. Celina’s security warned him but she did not make an issue. Interestingly, the gay prince Manvendra Singh Gohil who has been on the Oprah Winfrey show was also present.
