According to sources, the 25-year-old actress discussed the alleged hit and run with her probation officer last week, and while it will be a part of her final probation report, the rest of it will be all positive, TMZ.com reported.

Sources close to Lohan said that she believes Judge Stephanie Saunter will address the incident during her final probation hearing on Thursday, but the Mean Girls star believes the judge won’t take it too seriously.

As reported earlier, the man who the actress allegedly struck with her Porsche, is demanding a six-figure pay out from her.
