Preity Zinta’s decision to file a police complaint against her ex-boyfriend, industrialist Ness Wadia, for allegedly outraging her ­modesty. However, her former beau, Marc Robinson doesn’t want to talk about it.

“I have a no-comment policy on this issue. I know both Ness and Preity. As I don’t know what happened between the two and what has caused this controversy, I’d not like to say anything,” says the fashion consultant, who was in a relationship with Preity way back in 2000.

After breaking up with Marc, she started dating Ness in 2005, but the two broke up in 2009.

Preity had filed a police complaint on June 12, accusing Ness of manhandling, abusing and threatening her while they were watching a cricket match at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
