The 42-year old actor and his wife Luciana have put the property for $9.7 million more than they paid in 2005, reports contactmusic.com.

According to the LA Times newspaper, the Good Will Hunting star's estate has a swimming pool, pool house, a courtyard entrance, home cinema, wine cellar, rooftop terrace, boat dock, seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.

The couple recently renewed their vows at the Sugar Beach resort in St. Lucia with friends, including Ben Affleck, Jennifer Garner, Michael Douglas, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The couple, who got married in 2005, had rented the entire hotel for the weekend festivities.
