Pirated prints seized

The Alliance Against Copyright Theft (AACT), a coalition between Hollywood and Bollywood studios that fights piracy in India, seized more than 1 lakh pirated prints in North India and Mumbai last month.

The team conducted large raids based on complaints registered on their helpline. These include DVDs of new releases such as

and Rajnikant’s

Robot

. The DVDs were worth Rs 10.6 million.
