They exchanged vows for a second time in 2009 in California, amid claims that their Mexican nuptials were not legal, reports contactmusic.com.

Following their split, Montag, 23, has decided to move out of their Pacific Palisades home. “Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls. She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career,” said a representative of Montag.
