We’ve heard about wine over a Sonata in E Minor. What about wine over technosonic Chemical Brothers? This Saturday, a message was sent out to snobbish intellectuals: Wine is not about serious discussions where goblets remind you of the Alaskan flower or the smell of the pinewood cottage you stayed in at St. Moritz.

Star X Wines is here with one sole objective, says its MD Ishvien Singh: “Our wines are affordable and we are targeting the generation that burns CDs and grooves to electronic music.”
