We love Neha Dhupia’s Anita Dongre wedding lehenga that she wore to marry Angad Bedi on Thursday. But we also loved Anushka Sharma’s similar Sabyasachi wedding lehenga. Can you choose a favourite between the two pretty-in-pink bridal looks?

In case you missed it, actor Neha Dhupia got married to cricketer-turned-actor Angad Bedi on Thursday at a Gurudwara in Delhi. We are very happy for the newlyweds, but we’re especially swooning over the lehenga Neha wore for her wedding.

Neha looked nothing short of gorgeous. The pretty bride wore an intricate baby pink embroidered lehenga from Anita Dongre that any ultra-stylish bride will relish. Neha’s blush chanderi lehenga is embroidered with floral motifs that remind you of lush beautiful gardens. The handcrafted lehenga, embroidered with exquisite gota patti, zardozi, resham, dori and sequin work, was paired with a sweatheart neck choli and a matching organza dupatta.

To complete her bridal look, Neha wore an intricate kundan choker, matching jhumkas and a tiny maang tikka, all from Anita Dongre Fine Jewellery. Plus, the bride wore a subtle smoky eye, petal-pink lips, and a pink bindi, while her hair was tied in a sleek low bun.

And though we love Neha’s effortless-yet-stylish pink wedding lehenga, we also loved actor Anushka Sharma’s pink wedding lehenga! We’re sure none of you can forget it either, back from December 2017. Of course, Anushka married cricketer Virat Kohli in a fairytale-worthy wedding at Florence, Italy on December 11.

Designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee was the man behind Anushka’s royal-feeling wedding day look: A pale pink lehenga with a voluminous A-line skirt was fairytale-esque with beautiful Renaissance embroidery in vintage English colours embellished with silver-gold metal thread, pearls and beads. Anushka completed her standout look with traditional jewellery — a mathapatti, layered necklaces and jhumkas in jadau — from Sabyasachi Heritage Jewelry collection that was handcrafted with syndicate uncut diamonds, pale pink spinel and baroque Japanese cultured pearls.

But we’re sure we’ve seen an elegant and sophisticated pink celebrity wedding look before...

Actor Shahid Kapoor and his wife Mira Rajput Kapoor got married in one of the most-talked about celeb weddings in 2015. The sexy modern bride wore a beautiful, but safe, blush pink Anamika Khanna lehenga. Mira paired her lehenga with two diaphanous dupattas - one for the head and another worn as a half saree. Proving bigger is better, Mira opted for an elegant yet edgy Navratan necklace, which she paired with a statement passa to balance her classy lehenga.

Also, we can’t help but be reminded of Soha Ali Khan’s floral lehenga from designer label Jade by Monica and Karishma that she who wore for a shoot in March 2018. The floor-sweeping beads-encrusted skirt embraced intricate multi-coloured floral embroidery and is guaranteed to stand out in a sea of wedding lehengas. A matching embroidery on the sheer dupatta and choli added a regal, covered-up elegance to the body-conscious silhouette.
