21-year-old molested in Gurugram
Police have registered a case under section 354 of IPC at women police station.
A 21-year-old woman was allegedly molested by a man, who offered to drop her to Badshahpur, when she was waiting near her office gate in Sector 38 for a cab to go home on Thursday. According to the police, the suspect, a driver at another private company, offered her a lift.

Dalbir Singh, station house officer (SHO), Sadar police station, said the accused told the woman that he was also headed towards Badshahpur.
“The woman said that on the way, he touched her inappropriately and molested her. When she asked him to stop, he insulted her and threatened her. Some commuters noticed the incident in the moving car and asked him to stop. He slowed down the car and as the woman got down, he fled,” Singh said.
Police said the commuters were unable to note down the registration number of the vehicle. A case was registered against the man under sections 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC at Sadar police station.
In another incident, a woman, who works at a private company, alleged that she was harassed by her colleague from the human resources department. The woman said that she was subjected to physical and mental harassment by the suspect.
