Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels reprise their roles as Lloyd Christmas and Harry Dune respectively from the hit 1994 movie, Dumb and Dumber.

For the uninitiated, the 1994 film is about the dimwit duo of Lloyd and Dune, who set out on a cross country trip from Rhode Island at one end of the US to Colorado to return a briefcase full with money to its owner. In the process, they get pursued by a group of criminals who are after the briefcase.

This time around, the affable duo of nit-wits is out on another adventure to find Harry's lost daughter. What follows is great deal of chaos and a good measure of mindless fun.

In the trailer, we see Lloyd resemble a pre-historic caveman with outgrown hair seated on a wheelchair. Harry comes to visit him in what appears to be a mental asylum. It is later revealed that Lloyd had been playing a 20-year-long joke on his friends.

The good news is, apparently, we didn't miss out on any fun all these years.

Carrey and Daniels look their dumbest best in the preview, offering their brand of slapstick comedy that worked so well with the audiences 20 years ago.

The film releases in the US on November 14.
