Amid reports of Pakistani troop movement across the Line on Control, the Home Ministry has convened a high-level meeting tomorrow to review the situation along the border in Jammu and Kashmir, especially in Rajouri and Poonch sectors.

The meeting will be chaired by Home Secretary Vinod Kumar Duggal and attended by senior officials from the army, intelligence agencies and state police, official sources said.
The meeting comes close on the heels of reports suggesting that the Pakistan Army has moved troops and begun construction work along the LoC in Poonch and Rajouri districts of Jammu region, the sources said.The sources said the Pakistani Army was carrying out the repairs of border observation posts and bunkers.
Tomorrow's meeting will discuss reports collated by the intelligence agencies and the army's field observation units, they said.
The situation along the LoC was "not volatile" and the meeting was only a precautionary measure, the sources said.
