Pakistan retained the football gold with a 1-0 victory over Sri Lanka in the final at the 10th South Asian Games in Colombo.

The only goal came in the 44th minute when Adeel Ahmed found the target with a sharp header that caught the host nation's defence offguard.
Trailing 0-1 at the break, the Sri Lankans, egged on by the home crowd, tried several sorties in the second session, but failed to draw parity.
Nepal won the bronze, with a 2-0 victory over the Indian under-20 side earlier on Saturday.
Pakistan had won the title on home soil two years back, defeating India in the final. Sri Lanka had claimed the bronze.
