British Airways flying from five Indian cities has announced a limited edition all inclusive economy class return fare of Rs 29,990 to London. This is against the normal return fare of Rs 43,000 charged by the airline.
This special fare, which includes the base special fare of Rs 9,990 and taxes amounting to Rs 20,000, is valid for a limited period on flights from New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Bangalore.
The tickets for this scheme needs to be booked by March 22, 2009 and the passengers are required to start outbound travel before April 12, 2009. But the passengers can return within one year from booking of the ticket.
“We will continue to provide our customers excellent value for money and unparalleled service,’ Amanda Amos, Area commercial manager, South Asia, British Airways said. “Travel through this scheme is valid for limited seats only” he added.
