Sundram Fasteners Ltd, a TVS group company, has said it will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1 to the shareholders.
The board of directors recommended the bonus issue, where one bonus share of Re 1 each would be issued for every equity share (of Re 1 each) held, the auto components maker informed the Bombay Stock Exchange.
