Talking to PTI in Amritsar, the Jathedar said the Shiromani Gurudwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) had already asked the Sikh community to reach Delhi to ghreao the residence of Gandhi.
He said Kumar and Tytler were allegedly responsible for the killing of innocent Sikhs during anti Sikh riots.
"It is highly unfortunate that these two people are still roaming free and once again attempting to come in the power corridor which will never be acceptable to the Sikh community", he said.
He said that all Sikh organisations, including the Dam Dami Taksal (radical organisation) led by Harnam Singh Duma, had conveyed their consent to reach Delhi.
