Known for pitching the fastest balls in the cricket field and his near perfect fitness record, Lee is the perfect person to to get some health tips for our Get Healthy, Delhi campaign. Not one to deny himself food, Lee admits to gorging on pasta and pizza albeit with caution.

“I’ve never been a strict diet person because I’ve always been very active. I eat whatever I want right before a match to give me energy and sustenance. So, if you are not burning it off the next day, you got to be careful of what you eat,” he says. So, eat healthy and don’t deny yourself a little weekend treat as long as you work out harder to burn off the extra calories.
