Mumbai’s central railway services disrupted again, plan your evening commute better

Mumbai city news: The local trains between Byculla and Matunga were diverted on the fast corridor during this time.

A defect in a Kalyan-bound local train at Matunga led to the disruption of the Central Railway services at 01.21pm.

The train was terminated at Kurla and the services were resumed at 2.05pm. The suburban services are slightly delayed.

The local trains between Byculla and Matunga were diverted on the fast corridor during this time.

Bunching of local trains led to commuters being stranded at stations as a result of the disruption.

It took around 40 minutes to repair and restore the traffic.
