Actor alleges verbal abuse, threats by mla's son
Actor Kunika Lal, on Sunday, registered a complaint against Siddharth Khosa, son of MLA Baldev Khosa, alleging that he had threatened to kill her.
Actor Kunika Lal, on Sunday, registered a complaint against Siddharth Khosa, son of MLA Baldev Khosa, alleging that he had threatened to kill her.
"We have registered a non-cognisable complaint against Siddharth under section 506 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal intimidation and section 504 for intentional insult," said Dilip Rupawate, senior inspector of Oshiwara police station.
Lal had a minor argument with Siddharth's father, Baldev, at the condolence meeting for former chief minister Vilasrao Deshmukh on Saturday evening. "The argument between Baldev and me was resolved in the presence of a common friend, advocate Gurudas Kamath," said Lal in her complaint.
Lal alleged that at 10.45am at her Oshiwara residence on Sunday, Siddharth abused her for insulting his father. He also threatened to kill her, she claimed.
