A few months ago, when Kumar was away on holiday with his family, Singh allegedly forged some documents and transferred property worth Rs 2-3 crore in his name.

When Kumar learnt of this, he filed a court case and on Saturday, the court directed the police to file a case and investigate it. The police said they would investigate the matter and if proof of wrongdoing was found, they would arrest Singh.
