For the first time, students who want to attend Malhar 2011, the inter-college festival of St Xavier’s College, will not have to wait in long queues. Nor will they have to bribe their friends in the college for a VIP pass or try to sneak in unnoticed. Attending the three-day student festival, which begins on August 13, will now just take a click of the mouse.

“With only a fortnight remaining, students can log on to the festival’s official website and secure a unique identity code, which will get you entry to the festival. Having participants details online will also help us ensure better security,” said Ankiti Bose, chairperson, Malhar 2011, on Friday.
