Western Railway's new Mumbai Divisional Railway Manager Sandeep Silas has set May 31 as deadline for completion of all pre-monsoon work.
On the second day of his work, Silas told Hindustan Times that he did not foresee any problems in smooth functioning of the suburban section during monsoon.
"Track raising of the section is complete. We don't think there could be flooding," he said.
