Gaya road rage: Bindi Yadav’s bail plea adjourned till June 9

A local court on Monday adjourned the bail petition of Bindeshwari Yadav alias Bindi Yadav, father of Rocky Yadav, who is the main accused in teenager Aditya Sachdeva murder case due to non-submission of the case diary.

Bindi Yadav’s counsel Quaisar Sarfuddin said the court of Gaya additional district and sessions judge would now take up the matter for hearing on June 9.

The hearing could not take place on June 1 as well due to non-submission of the case diary.

Earlier, additional chief judicial magistrate (ACJM) Om Sagar had rejected the bail petition of Bindi Yadav after hearing both prosecution and defence.

Bindi Yadav is lodged in Gaya central jail at present. He was arrested on May 8 for allegedly helping his son and hiding evidences in the murder case.

Aditya Sachdeva, a businessman's son and a Class 12 student, was allegedly shot dead by Rocky Yadav for overtaking his vehicle near police lines in Gaya district on May 7.

The police had arrested Rocky from his father’s mixer plant located at Mastpura village in the district on May 10 .
