0f 243 total seats, RJD ally LJP is contesting for 75 seats.
"The central parliamentary board has authorised Prasad for selection of candidates,"" party's spokesperson Shakeel Ahmed Khan told reporters after an hour-long meeting of the Board chaired by Prasad.
He said the party would start releasing the candidates for the six phase poll in Bihar soon.
