Photos: A one-stop for services, Gurugram Mini Secretariat lacks upkeep
The Mini Secretariat is a one-stop shop for citizens who want to avail of government services. Opened in 2004, the building has offices of the Deputy Commissioner, subdivisional magistrates, election tehsildar, and the departments of revenue, labour, transport and education. The office of DCP (crime) is also located here. Over the years, there have been several additions, but many sections need repairs. Sanitation and safety concerns persist as well. HT’S Yogendra Kumar captures life in the building.
