Happy b’day Taylor Swift! Here’s how her looks have changed in 10 years
Taylor Swift celebrates her 27th birthday on December, 13 and that gives us a reason to revisit her 10 years in the music industry. Her first album, Taylor Swift, released on October 24, 2006 and was a massive hit, breaking records and topping charts everywhere. She is also currently the richest celebrity from the entertainment industry in the world. This, we believe, is enough reason to revisit her stylish journey from her first album to the latest and how she has changed in the process.

Taylor’s debut album featured the song ‘Teardrops on My Guitar’ which was a huge hit. In 2006, she was still a rising star on the country music scene. She sported her iconic curly blonde hair at the time.

Love Story released in 2008 and almost instantly, every schoolgirl in all the parts of the world was singing it. The video showed Taylor in the story of Romeo and Juliet with a far more positive ending. Taylor curls started losing their wildness by this point.

2008 was still all about romantic stories for her. She delivered another hit, You Belong With Me, in the same album where she played a goofy, dorky girl who could not tell what was in her heart to the guy she liked. Of course, everyone remembers the white dress and the Cinderella moment at the end of the video.

She turns into a rocker chick as her music also begins diverging from strictly country in 2012 with I Knew You Were Trouble. She bangs are crisper, the hair more pink, the eyes more dark. We loved it.

And here she is! Fully hipster. 22, also released in 2012, was all about having fun and not worrying about life and so was her fashion.

Here we are finally, the peak Taylor Swift era: 2014. Her hit song Shake It Off was huge and rightly so. She donned so many different looks for the song but these three were out favourite.
