At least 11 killed after a residential structure collapsed in Mumbai's Malad area on Wednesday. The incident took place around 11.15 pm at the New Collector Compound on Abdul Hamid Road in the Malwani area.

Joint Commissioner of Mumbai Police, Vishwas Nangre Patil, told news agency ANI on Thursday that the police will file a case against the owner of the residential building. "Mumbai Police to register case u/s 304 (2) of IPC (culpable homicide not amounting to murder) against the owner of structure that collapsed &amp; the contractor.
