In pics| India in all its folk glory at Kalagram
The 9th Chandigarh National Crafts Mela began at Kalagram on Thursday. The mela began on the ‘Dadra and Nagar Haveli’ theme, which brought into focus the rare folk arts and crafts besides traditions of the western region of the country.
