Man has narrow escape as truck turns over his car
A city-based industrialist had a narrow escape after a truck loaded with vegetables turned over his car after hitting it on Tajpur Road on late Sunday night.

A city-based industrialist had a narrow escape after a truck loaded with vegetables turned over his car after hitting it on Tajpur Road on late Sunday night.
Though Raj Kumar, a resident of Sector 32, Chandigarh Road, escaped with injuries on his hand, the car was damaged in the mishap.
Kumar, who owns a carpet factory, said he was returning home after attending the Bhagwan Jagan Nath Rath Tatra on late Sunday night. As he reached near Tajpur road, a speeding truck coming from Jalandhar Bypass side, rammed into his car and turned over it.
Kumar said he got out of the car immediately, escaping serious injuries, but his Nissan Sunny car was totally damaged.
