Watch: Man open fires outside restaurant in Jalandhar, injures one

A resident of Shiv Vihar, Navdeep Singh, opened fire outside Chunmun City Mall and injured one other after an argument in ‘The Lazy Monkey’ restaurant at Model Town on Wednesday.
Ankit, a waiter in the restaurant, and his friend Rohit got into an argument with Navdeep.The duo allegedly attacked him with their ‘karhas’ and injured him on the head. In response, Navdeep fired on them, injuring Rohit, said police officials.
The bullet hit Rohit in his left thumb and was rushed to Global hospital for treatment.
As per police officials, four shots were fired from the .32-bore revolver and they recovered four shells from the spot.
Police have recorded the statements from the eyewitnesses. A case is yet to be registered.
