Baahubali The Conclusion turns two, Prabhas reveals if he’d want to change anything about the film

Actor Prabhas has reflected on the success of SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali franchise on the second anniversary of Baahubali: The Conclusion.

Actor Prabhas has reflected on the success of Baahubali: The Conclusion, on the film’s second anniversary. Baahubali 2 was released on April 28, 2017, and went on to become the highest grossing Indian film domestically, with total figures exceeding 1400 crore. It made household names of its of leads, Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah.

Remarking that every moment of the process of making the film was special to him, Prabhas told Pinkvilla, “I gave Baahubali five years of my life. Each and every moment that created this movie, is memorable to me.” Asked if there’s anything he’d want to change about the film, Prabhas said, “It has been overwhelming to receive such a far and wide response. Absolutely nothing! The magic that was created by Rajamouli Sir requires no change. It is what it is and I am happy that the audiences accepted everybody’s hard work with so much love.”

Both Baahubali films are massive box office and critical successes. The franchise continued with an animated series on Amazon Prime Video, and an upcoming live-action prequel series on Netflix. Prabhas is currently shooting for Saaho in Mumbai, alongside Shraddha Kapoor.

Director SS Rajamouli will next helm the period action drama RRR, starring NT Rama Rao Jr, Ram Charan and Bollywood actors Alia Bhatt and Ajay Devgn.
