Sairat should become the highest-grossing Marathi film: Riteish
The Marathi film Sairat is creating all the right noises after its release. And giving it a thumbs up is power couple Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia.
Actor Riteish Deshmukh, whose next Hindi film will be Houseful 3 alongwith Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan, has praised the new Marathi film Sairat which is creating waves. The Bollywood actor said he feels that Sairat deserves to be the highest-grossing Marathi film ever.
The 37-year-old actor lauded it in series of tweets. He tweeted, #Sairat : haven’t seen a better love story in a long time - the genius of @Nagrajmanjule & the magic of @AjayAtulOnline - Malaa yaad lagan re.

Directed by Nagraj Manjule, the romance follows the story of Parshya, a low-caste man and Archie, a rich daughter of an upper caste landlord, who fall in love despite pressures from society.
