Malayalam film Adamante Makan Abu was named the best feature film at the 58th National Awards.
Tamil cinema's Saranya and Marathi actress Mitalee Jagtap Paradhar won the National Award for Best Actress for their performances in the movies Baboo Band Baaja and Thenmerku Paruvakkaatru respectively.
