CIDCO is selecting applicants for allotment of flats under its inclusive housing scheme in Navi Mumbai. 7 flats for EWS and 164 flats for LIG are available through private developers. Online registration starts on 21 September 2023.

The Navi Mumbai Metro Line 1 has received final permission to begin commercial operations, following a 12-year wait and a cost of INR3,063.63 crore ($410m).
