Road rage: Guests in wedding procession beaten up by men on bikes; three arrested

The suspects were on motorcycles and scooters. Their two-wheelers brushed past the wedding guests in the procession. This resulted in an altercation and the men on two-wheelers allegedly beat up the guests and fled after issuing threats

Theft in Loni is first case to be filed under new law in Ghaziabad

A case of theft was registered under the BNS, under sections 62 (attempt to commit offence), 115 (2) (voluntarily causing harm) and 305 (theft) and also under Section 173 of BNSS.

Ghaziabad: Two held for shooting dead stray puppy

Police will also levy IPC section 307 (attempt to murder) against the suspects as they opened fire in a public place and the bullet could have proved fatal for residents
