Priyanka Chopra is thrilled that the promo of her debut American TV show was screened at a basketball match in the US recently

Priyanka Chopra, who is currently working on film-maker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Bajirao Mastani, will leave for the USA soon to start shooting for her American TV show.

The actor was apparently surprised when she learnt that the promo of her debut TV show, Quantico, was screened during the final match of the North American Basketball League (NABL).

“Priyanka was elated on being featured and promoted during a popular American sporting extravaganza,” says a source, adding that apart from popularity, the screening has apparently also led to a lot of pressure on the actor, to perform well in the series.

When contacted, Priyanka confirmed the news, and said, “I am thrilled. I am a basketball fan, and I had watched a few matches live, last year, during my trips to the US. I know the sport has a major following. So, to have my promo air during the finals was special for me. I am feeling the pressure.”
