Actor Irrfan Khan and veteran choreographer Saroj Khan recently shot for an Independence Day special show for a television channel, and the two were reportedly very moved by watching the various acts in the show that paid tribute to the country’s painful freedom struggle and challenges.

Irrfan plays the role of a narrator in the musical dance drama titled, Azaadi, to be aired on Life OK on Independence Day. While hosting the show, Irrfan apparently got so involved in the making of the show that he even volunteered to share his pictures where he can be seen with his son, to be used for the promos of the show. Khan was apparently moved to tears after watching an intense performance of one of the dance troupes at the event.
