Watch: Landslide causes Pathankot-Dalhousie highway to shut

A landslide occurred on the Pathankot-Dalhousie National Highway in Nainikhad area earlier on Saturday, 25 August. The vehicular traffic was been stopped on the highway. Rains have caused landslides in other areas as well.The 270-km Jammu-Srinagar national highway, the only all-weather road linking Kashmir with the rest of the country, was closed on Saturday as overnight rains triggered a landslide in Ramban district, officials said.Tourists and local travellers had a harrowing time as the Chandigarh- Manali national highway remained blocked for more than 12 hours after a massive landslide occured at Aut in Mandi district on Friday night.
