Watch: Mall road in Nainital caves in due to negligence

A part of the lower mall road in Uttarakhand's Nainital caved in due to negligence from authorities. The cracks had started to appear in the road since last year. But due to negligence and lackadaisical approach of the authorities, a part of the lower mall road caved in and submerged in the lake. Fortunately, no vehicles were passing by the road when the road caved in.
