Covid update: PM Modi speaks to Putin; 3,000 missing patients; SII reduces price

From centre announcing procurement of one lakh oxygen concentrators to Serum Institute reducing Covishield’s prices, here are the top updates on coronavirus. Over 35 lakh people registered in the first hour for phase 3 vaccination. Centre opened registrations for 18-44 age group on CoWIN & Aarogya Setu.
