PM Modi hails Himachal for 100% vaccination with at least 1 dose

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Himachal Pradesh for becoming India's first state to achieve 100% vaccination of the eligible population with at least one dose of the Covid-19 vaccine. PM Modi called the hill state a 'champion' in the fight against the pandemic. In an interaction with health workers of the state, he stressed on the fact that precautions like use of face masks and social distancing should not end even after vaccination.
