As the second wave of the Covid crisis wreaks havoc, heartbreaking scenes are being witnessed outside hospitals in the national capitals. Battling a shortage of oxygen beds and beds, some patients are dying without even getting treatment or attention from the medical staff. 35-year-old Jyoti Chauhan died waiting outside Gangaram hospital's casualty ward after being rejected by 15 hospitals.
