Turkey has unveiled its clearest look yet at the highly secretive Hava Soj electronic warfare aircraft, a platform designed to jam enemy radars, disrupt communications and support military operations without entering hostile airspace. The new imagery emerged in a video marking the 115th anniversary of the Turkish Air Force, fueling speculation about the aircraft's growing role in Ankara's expanding defense arsenal. The Hava Soj program, which has faced years of delays, now appears to be moving closer to operational status. Developed jointly by Turkish Aerospace Industries and ASELSAN, the aircraft is based on the Bombardier Global 6000 business jet and is expected to serve as a long-range airborne standoff jammer. Turkey plans to convert four aircraft under the program.
