At least four people were killed and nearly a dozen were injured in a car blast in the Israeli city of Ramla on September 12. The injured also included a two-month-old baby who was critically wounded. Police have linked the explosion to criminal activity in Ramla, a mixed city which houses both Arabs and Jews.
