Another Bollywood veteran entered the debate over alleged drug abuse in the film industry. Actor-turned-politician Jaya Prada spoke on the debate between Ravi Kishan and Jaya Bachchan. Prada, a BJP leader, accused Jaya Bachchan, a Samajwadi party MP, of politicising the drugs issue. Earlier, in parliament, Jaya Bachchan had taken on Kangana Ranaut & Ravi Kishan over their allegations. Jaya Bachchan had said that Bollywood was being 'flogged' as a diversionary tactic.
