Konkona who is praised for her versatility is heard to have turned down quite an offer. It was for Ghai's Black And White. And though she initially agreed, she eventually backed out. She didn't want to play Anil's wife and claimed that she was too young for the part. Konkona also confirmed that she was currently playing Kunal Kapoor's love interest in her forthcoming film, so she can't be paired opposite Anil at the same time.
