Margao gulal festival attracts thousands of devotees

Goa, one of the most popular global tourist destinations for holidays along its golden sun-kissed beaches, is also famous for its cultural heritage that is evident in the well preserved historical churches and variety of festivals. One such famed fiesta here is Gulal, a fun and food festival which is held in honour of Lord Damodar, the local deity of Margao town in South Goa.
