European Union calls for action against USA, days after 'profiting from Ukraine war' charge

European Union President Ursula Von Der Leyen calls for action against the U.S. After EU officials' 'profiting from war' charge, now bloc's chief warns Biden for his policy that can affect Europe's economy which is already battling crisis. EU Chief said we must take action to rebalance the playing field while talking about Biden's IRA policy. The U.S Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) is a thorny issue between U.S & EU as the scheme offers huge subsidies & tax breaks to green businesses.
